This course introduces Microsoft Power BI, through building a Vendor / Accounts Payable report. The data source is Business Central, although we provide *.csv files for continuity, but it also provides users from any ERP system to participate in this course.
The final report will include an AP Summary, Vendor Detail, Cash Requirements, and Vendor History. During the building, you will be introduced to the Query Editor and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for data modeling. We will wrap up the class by publishing the report to the Power BI Service, and the creation of a Power BI App (formerly known as Content Packs.)
This is a fun journey, packed with tons of information with a useful report at the end!
